This recipe is for beginner coffee lover to taste the true essence of coffee.
Ingredients
Medium Roasted Coffee
20g
Hot Water
300ml
Water
100ml
Ice Cube
100g
Step 1
Add paper filter to V60 and rinse the paper with 100ml of clean water.
Step 2
Add 100g ice cube to server
Step 3
Grind 20g of coffee. Add ground coffee into the filter
Step 4
Start timer and tare the scale.
Basically, you'll need 60ml of hot water in 45 seconds. Do this 5 times.

01:30 - 180ml
02:15 - 240ml
03:00 - 300ml

Step 5
After the water rinsed from the V60, remove the V60 from the server and enjoy!
